  • Details of the work you are enquiring about, including any photographs you choose to upload.
  • The address of the property where work is to be carried out, once a job is arranged.
  • Basic technical information from your device, such as your browser type, if analytics cookies are accepted.

Why we use it

  • To carry out and record work you have instructed — our lawful basis is performance of a contract.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as gas safety records and tax record keeping — our lawful basis is legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary with our website and database hosting providers, our email provider, and where required by law or by a regulator such as the Gas Safe Register. Merchants, suppliers or accountants may be given the minimum information needed to complete a job or meet an accounting obligation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work, including gas safety documentation, are kept for at least six years to meet legal and insurance requirements.
